The homes are located in the city centre or close to important facilities and most come furnished or semi-furnished. We also offer a cleaning service to our tenants.

Short stay apartments
The majority of travelers experience more comfort in a short stay apartment than in a hotel room. An apartment offers more space, an own kitchen, a private parking spot and an internet connection. By staying in a short stay apartment you also save on costs for stay. When you are staying for a longer period of time, living in a short stay apartment gives you the feeling you are actually residing in the city instead of visiting.
Furnished housing
Our furnished homes are ready for immediate occupancy. They come complete with all fittings, furniture and linens.
The furnished homes feature:
- Internet connection
- Linens
- Towels
- Washing machine
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Household appliances
- Tv and audio equipment
Deposit: minimum of 2 months' rent
Mediation fee: one-time fee of 8% of the annual rental fee, excluding VAT. If
you rent for less than 6 months, 4% of this fee will be returned
to you.
Minimum rental period: 3 calendar months
Semi-furnished housing
Our semi-furnished homes come complete with carpeting (or other floor covering), curtains and lighting. Some of the residences have a landscaped garden and are equipped with household appliances.
Deposit: minimum of 2 months' rent
Mediation fee: one-time fee of 8% of the annual rental fee, excluding VAT.
Minimum rental period: 12 calendar months
