The Stoit Groep advises on the feasibility of renting out your home, the furnishings and the results. We also find the right tenant, minimize the vacancy periods and take care of all management aspects down to the very last detail. The Stoit Groep has its own service department, which is responsible for inspections, maintenance activities and transference.
The Stoit Groep finds the right tenant for you. We personally screen potential tenants. In addition to companies and foreign employees, we also have Dutch clients, who are also asked to submit a pay slip and employment contract.
Tenants are asked to contact the Stoit Groep if repair work or maintenance is needed or if there are any complaints. Our service department makes sure the problem is dealt with quickly.
How does the rental process work?
Before adding your residence to our portfolio, we go through our quality requirements with you. You are given plenty of time to ensure that your home meets these requirements. This might mean simply hanging up a lamp, tidying up the garden or painting the walls. To find a suitable tenant, we actively advertise your home. We advertise it on our company website, on international websites aimed at expats and directly to major companies.
We also inform any potential renters directly. You can either attend the viewing or hand your keys over to the Stoit Groep and we will show it for you. While you are away, our service department will take care of all inspections, maintenance work and transference of the residence. After the tenants have moved out, we will take care of any cleaning and maintenance required.

We work on a no cure no pay basis. That means that you do not have to pay any fees until we have successfully rented out your residence. Once the home is rented, you pay a management fee of 8% of the annual rental price (excluding VAT).
